安圭拉變更辦事處地址通知
自二零一五年七月七日起，BEP (ANGUILLA) LIMITED (以下簡稱 “BEP”) 之地址變更如下：

Anguilla, B.W.I.
由BEP提供註冊代理人服務以及註冊地址之所有安圭拉公司，其註冊地址亦將變更至上述地址；然而，這些安圭拉公司無需就其註冊地址之變更另行通過決議案；一旦BEP向安圭拉註冊處提供其註冊地址變更通知書並進行歸檔後，這些安圭拉公司之註冊地址亦將隨之同步變更。
若有需要，我司可提供經安圭拉註冊處批准之BEP註冊地址變更通知書之歸檔影本；如對上述變更有任何疑問，請隨時與我們連絡。
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS
Effective from 7 July 2015, BEP (ANGUILLA) LIMITED (“BEP”) will have a new address as follows:-
Babrow Building
The Valley
Anguilla, B.W.I.
The registered agent and registered office address for all client companies for which BEP act as registered agent and provide registered office will be changed to the above address. However, there is no need for the client companies to approve the change of registered office address as the address will be deemed to be changed once BEP have submitted the relevant notice to the Anguilla authority.
