塞席爾變更辦事處地址通知

自二零一八年十二月十四日起，RV & BEP Services Ltd (以下簡稱 “BEP”) 之地址變更如下：



Room S203A, Second Floor, 
Orion Complex, PO Box 1288, 
Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles



由BEP提供註冊代理人服務以及註冊地址之所有塞席爾公司，其註冊地址亦將變更至上述地址；然而，這些塞席爾公司無需就其註冊地址之變更另行通過決議案；一旦BEP向塞席爾註冊處提供其註冊地址變更通知書並進行歸檔後，這些塞席爾公司之註冊地址亦將隨之同步變更。

若有需要，我司可提供經塞席爾金融服務管理局批准之BEP註冊地址變更通知書之歸檔影本；如對上述變更有任何疑問，請隨時與我們連絡。



NOTICE OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS

Effective from 14 December 2018, RV & BEP Services Ltd (“BEP”) will have a new address as follows:-



Room S203A, Second Floor, 
Orion Complex, PO Box 1288, 
Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles



The registered agent and registered office address for all client companies for which BEP act as registered agent and provide registered office will be changed to the above address. However, there is no need for the client companies to approve the change of registered office address as the address will be deemed to be changed once BEP have submitted the relevant notice to the Seychelles authority.



A copy of the approval notification from the Seychelles authority can be obtained upon request. If you have questions about the change, please feel free to contact us.
